The screen is fine, although the image is a bit landscape-oriented for my liking when you activate the car’s menu option, and the worst part is having to run the cables to plug in the screen in my case in a C Coupe. The rest is super easy; mine doesn’t have fiber optics.

The installation has not been complicated, I installed it myself on my 2016 Marco Polo. There are videos on the internet that can be followed for installation. Perhaps the most delicate part is lifting the dashboard section; I recommend using the hook shown in the installation videos. At the moment it’s going very well for me, although I don’t know why sometimes it disconnects, but it’s much better than the previous one. I recommend it.

Finally got it and installed myself. Just follow video and you should be good. Not too easy and can be trickier, specially getting cables up, hiding them behind the screen and then fiitting i the radio.

I installed this on my 2019 glc coupe 63s amg overall the product is good. Easy to install. For install i used an extended t20 socket, plastic pry tool for the interior pieces and a pointy pry tool / flat head for the connectors that needed it. It took about 45 minutes to an hour. The install video is 10/10. The install video via youtube is all you need to follow. Message the seller for it. Most tedious part is taking the console apart and fishing the wires. Seems to be handling well so far. If they were to make a digital cluster that matched this screen i would invest in it too.

Easy to fit and set up, it’s a bit fiddly to get the cables up to the new screen so would advise feeding a cable down and taping the connectors to pull up. Excellent .

Good product, the screen is very good. In class V, the adaptation is a bit worse with the adapter that comes with the screen; you have to make a couple of holes so that the screen doesn’t vibrate too much on bumps, but overall the product is very good.

I have already carplay in my ntg 5 screen and still this is a great upgrade i got this for 180 euros on christmas day. The newer version has very thin bezel and looks better than the original system. The installation atleast for me was rather tricky and i would recommend getting professional help if you can. One thing i need to make people aware is that the bluetooth carplay will have bit of a lag and won’t be super responsive like an ipad but is still usable and there will be a slight degradation in overall sound quality so i would recommend having the usb connection wired to hand rest so that you can have a wired connection

Don’t watch videos from instruction book, look on youtube. There are good ones on there – not the same units necessarily but they had the same harnesses etc.
Instal took me about 2 hours, never worked on cars like this before other than swapping head units back when they pulled out and slotted in.
On w205 you have to pull the air con vents down to feed to wires through, they clip back in easy though.

Excellent product! this is a huge upgrade for my 2019 glc 300!! i absolutely love it. the price is so much cheaper than other ones i have looked at. the linux system is very fast. shipping was very fast. it took me about 2.5 hrs to install this (first time doing any sort of electronic work with a car). every step took me a lot longer than expected. seller was always responsive to my messages. im so glad that i decided to do this myself. someone was trying to charge me $900 for this job lol!!

Wincago’s aftermarket support has been excellent – i had a few questions and they were prompt to reply and helped solve one issue with a firmware update within 24 hours- brilliant!. Bit fiddly but not hard to install. I have little diy experience but can remove the dash with patience and time and the right tools. Having carplay is such an upgrade to the ntg 5.0 system and has completely refreshed my 2015 w205 c class. Not forgetting the high def touchscreen to replace the ugly tiny oem screen is worth it alone. Basically plug and play and retains all the functionality of the existing head unit. Im not even sure mercedes could have designed this better. Great to have decent voice assistant in both apple and google maps too. Much safer. Been a long time since i bought something at great value with efficient and competent after sales support. Very impressed- thanks

I bought it with shipping from Spain, but it didn’t arrive within the expected delivery time, so the seller told me they were out of stock and I should wait a few days. Finally, the shipment was from Germany and took an extra week to arrive.
The seller told me that as compensation, they would send me a set of extraction keys and issue a refund. Finally, he didn’t send me the keys but he did give me a small refund as compensation.

The instructions qr codes for car model are included that take you to a video for installation making it very handy. Took a decent amount of time on a manual c class as there are 3 parts to take of off but it was straight forward. After watching a few videos (that made screen replacement look pretty easy), i decided to give it a go.
I assumed there would be an instruction for my exact car model of gla urban edition, but there wasn’t. I somehow fumbled my way to completion – albeit over a couple of days. The screen fits perfectly onto my car’s original bracket , no need to use the extra bracket
I’m so pleased to be able to do away with wired android auto; my wired connection was pretty temperamental, and sometimes disconnected at crucial moments whilst i was driving! So far, i’ve not had any connection drop-outs. That said, i’ve not driven for longer than half an hour since installing the screen.
The first time i put my car into reverse, i panicked, because the reverse camera didn’t override the new interface. I overcame this by simply reverting to the original interface.
I highly recommend this product. It looks much nicer than the original screen, and does what it says on the box!
