- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Local / Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs delays, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and courier rates.
- Free shipping may be available during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, contact us at support@abdallasstore.com.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your address is complete and correct.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Abdallas Store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked “delivered” by the courier.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We will assist with replacements or refunds.
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
